Total Compensation (TC) isn't just money in the bank. It's about your Quality of Life. For a Senior Architect, these "Extras" can be worth more than a 10% salary bump.

Negotiate for your 'Work Location' in writing. If you want 100% remote, get it in your contract. Commuting 2 hours a day for a $10k raise is a net LOSS. Your time is your most valuable asset.
