What is this?

click fires on a single press; dblclick fires on a double press. Prefer .on("click", handler) over the old .click(handler) shorthand when you need namespaces or delegation later.

Why should you care?

QueryVerse toolbars mix single-click actions with occasional double-click-to-edit patterns on dense grids.
